2. Information accessed and collected
4. AI processing and data sharing
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Seventh Dimension Consulting Inc. informational website and the 7thdc AI application. The operator is Seventh Dimension Consulting Inc., reachable at dl@7thdc.com. 7thdc AI supports authorized personal and business deployments. Account access and available capabilities depend on the deployment’s agreed scope. This website does not provide public account registration.
The website provides application information and support links. It does not itself authenticate Google accounts or display connected account data. The assistant and its integrations run in a separately configured, owner-controlled environment.
2. Information accessed and collected
7thdc AI accesses Google data only after the account owner grants OAuth permission. The enabled integration and approved scopes determine what it can access:
- Google Drive: file and folder names, identifiers, paths where available, types, sizes, modification dates, and selected file contents downloaded or exported for a requested task.
- Google Sheets, if enabled: spreadsheet names, sheet structure, cell values, and formulas relevant to the task.
- Gmail, if enabled: message identifiers, senders, recipients, subject lines, dates, message bodies, and attachments relevant to the task.
- Google Calendar, if enabled: calendar and event identifiers, titles, descriptions, participants, dates, times, and availability relevant to the task.
- Authorization and operation: OAuth access and refresh tokens, approved scopes, account identifiers returned by the enabled APIs, task instructions, responses, and technical logs needed to operate or troubleshoot the connection.
The initial Drive setup is intended to be read-only. Additional integrations and write actions require their corresponding permissions. The application does not ask for or store Google account passwords.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to provide the owner’s requested assistant features: finding files, retrieving documents, summarizing content, extracting details, analyzing spreadsheets, preparing drafts, and planning from calendar information where those integrations are enabled.
File metadata may be indexed to make later searches faster. Relevant document excerpts and task results may be retained in the agent’s working context or local knowledge store. Technical logs support connection maintenance, troubleshooting, and security.
Writing to connected services, sending a message, or changing an event requires appropriate API access and an explicit owner instruction. Permissions alone are not an instruction to perform a task.
4. AI processing and data sharing
7thdc AI may process information using a local model or an external AI service selected and configured by the owner. When external processing is enabled for a task, the relevant prompt, selected content, and conversation context may be transferred to that provider to produce the requested response. Account data must only be sent to a provider with the owner’s consent and terms compatible with this policy. Authorization tokens and credentials must not be included in model prompts.
The external provider depends on the owner’s deployment configuration; this website does not establish or activate one. Before allowing cloud processing of connected data, the owner must identify the provider, review its retention terms, and configure appropriate data-use controls.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, or used to train or improve general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Data is shared only as needed to deliver the owner-authorized features, protect security, or comply with applicable law. Human access is limited to the owner or persons specifically authorized by the owner, except where necessary for security or legal obligations.
5. Storage, retention, and security
OAuth tokens, downloaded files, metadata indexes, agent context, and logs may be stored in the owner’s configured systems. Data sent to an enabled external provider is also subject to the provider’s applicable processing and retention terms.
Tokens and connected data must be protected through restricted system access, encrypted transport, and appropriate protection at rest. Credentials must be kept outside public website files and source repositories. The informational website does not receive or store the agent’s Google tokens or account contents.
Tokens are retained while the connection is needed and must be deleted when the integration is disconnected. Retrieved files, indexes, conversation history, and logs are retained only while needed for the owner’s tasks or operational requirements, and can be deleted by the owner or on request. Backups may retain copies until they are removed or expire under the owner’s backup configuration. Retention periods are defined for each deployment.
6. Revocation and deletion
You can stop future Google API access at any time through Google Account connections. Select 7thdc AI and remove its access.
Revoking access does not automatically delete copies already downloaded, indexed, or included in logs or conversation history. Delete these through the owner-controlled installation, or email dl@7thdc.com to request deletion of tokens, cached files, indexes, and retained task data. Include the relevant account identifier, but do not send passwords, tokens, or sensitive document contents. Any data that must be retained for a legal obligation will be explained to the requester.
7. Website information
The supplied theme adds no contact form, advertising scripts, analytics scripts, or custom application cookies. WordPress, hosting services, and plugins may process additional data depending on their configuration. Clicking an email link opens your email application; information you send is used to respond to your enquiry.
The hosting provider may process standard request information, including IP address, browser information, requested URL, and access time, for delivery and security. WordPress or enabled plugins may set cookies for account sessions, site preferences, or other configured features. Additional plugins must be assessed for their own data practices. Links to Google and other external websites are subject to their own privacy policies.
8. Google API Limited Use
7thdc AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This applies to raw Google data and data derived from it.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the application or its data practices change. The effective date is shown above. New categories of access or materially different uses require updated disclosure and the owner’s consent before those uses are enabled.
